Our handmade cakes are undoubtably beautiful, but it’s equally important to us that they taste as good as they look. We hope you’ll agree that they do.

Our designs are constantly changing, to reflect current fashions both in cake flavours and looks. A Fiona Cairns Ltd cake is both classic and cutting edge, and we never stop dreaming up new creations. Nearly 1,000 brides chose our cakes for their wedding day last year, and we all know how demanding brides can be!

We also design exclusive lines for Waitrose, Harrods and Selfridges – from cherry and geranium cupcakes to hand-decorated butter biscuits and gingerbread.
