Christmas in a Tin
Our delicious 5″ Christmas Cake has been covered in the finest marzipan and icing with a delicately cut-out snowflake design. This cake comes in a luxury Fiona Cairns gifting tin.
Mixed vine fruits (sultanas, raisins, currants), sugar, almonds, butter(milk), pasteurised free range egg, invert sugar syrup, fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), brandy, wheat glucose-fructose syrup, cherries, stem ginger, water, molasses, wheat glucose syrup, humectants (sorbitol syrup, vegetable glycerine), lemon zest, oranges, raising agents (diphosphates, sodium carbonates), colours (plain caramel, anthocyanins, titanium dioxide), apricot, salt, palm oil, ground cinnamon, orange zest, sunflower oil, sherry, acidity regulators (citric acid, sodium citrates), mixed spice, gelling agent (pectin), emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), stabiliser (tragacanth), flavouring, ethanol, dried free range egg albumen.

For most of our cakes and biscuits it takes 7 days to deliver after the order has been placed. However we do have a ‘Need it now!’ section where you can find cakes and biscuits which are often ready to ship to you straight away.
Please note that we do not deliver on weekends or Bank Holidays

Packaging & Care
We put the same amount of care into packaging and posting our products as we do into making them. Each Celebration cake comes in its own protective packaging, and we have used recyclable materials wherever possible.
