Classic Fruit Cake
Marmalade, citrus zest and ginger enliven this brandy-enriched cake. Traditional in the best way.

Ingredients: mixed vine fruits (sultanas, raisins, currants), almonds, pasteurised free range egg, butter (milk), sugar, invert sugar syrup, brandy, fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, molasses, stem ginger, walnuts, salt, lemon zest, oranges, colours: plain caramel, anthocyanins; mixed spices, acidity regulators: citric acid, sodium citrates; gelling agent: pectin, orange zest, raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates; water.

Packaging & Care
We put the same amount of care into packaging and posting our products as we do into making them. Each Celebration cake comes in its own protective packaging, and we have used recyclable materials wherever possible.
