    The total height of this cake is 330mm and diameter of base 355.6mm

    Tiers are 4”, 6”, 8”, 10”, all sit on drums and are dowelled, plus a 12” drum.

    A sponge cake will give approx.  55 portions, a fruit cake 112 portions

    This cake is for collection from Fiona Cairns or delivery into central London only.
