Gluten Free Fruit Cake
A gluten-free fruitcake doused with French brandy, decorated with walnuts, flaked almonds, glacé cherries and demerara sugar.

Ingredients: mixed vine fruits (sultanas, raisins, currants), pasteurised free range egg, butter (milk), almonds, sugar, invert sugar syrup, brandy, cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, molasses, stem ginger, rice flour, potato flour, tapioca flour, maize flour, buckwheat flour, walnuts, salt, lemon zest, oranges, colours: plain caramel, anthocyanins; mixed spices, acidity regulators: sodium citrates, citric acid; gelling agent: pectin, orange zest, raising agents: monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate; water, maize starch.

Packaging & Care
We put the same amount of care into packaging and posting our products as we do into making them. Each Celebration cake comes in its own protective packaging, and we have used recyclable materials wherever possible.
