  • Ingredients :

    Golden Sponge:

    Sugar, water, fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), rapeseed oil, glucose-fructose syrup, glucose syrup, butter (milk), dried free range whole egg, palm oil, raspberry purée, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids; humectant: vegetable glycerine, apricot, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate; stabiliser: tragacanth, natural flavouring, salt, wheat dextrose, milk whey powder, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidity regulators: citric acid, trisodium citrate; gelling agent: pectin, vanilla extract, free range egg albumen.

    Chocolate Sponge:

    Sugar, pasteurised free range egg, rapeseed oil, fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), water, butter (milk), glucose syrup, fat reduced cocoa powder, modified maize starch, milk whey powder, humectant: vegetable glycerine; palm oil, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, propane-1,2-diol esters of fatty acids, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate; glucose-fructose syrup, stabiliser: tragacanth; raising agents: diphosphates, sodium bicarbonate; salt, apricots, cocoa mass, wheat gluten, natural flavouring, gelling agent: pectin; acidity regulators: citric acid, trisodium citrates; dried free range egg albumen.

    Fruit Cake:

    Sugar, mixed vine fruits (sultanas, raisins, currants), almonds, glucose syrup, butter (milk), pasteurised free range egg, invert sugar syrup, fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), brandy, water, cherries, humectants: sorbitol syrup, vegetable glycerine;  stem ginger, palm oil, molasses, apricot, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lemon zest, sherry, oranges, raising agents:  diphosphates, sodium carbonates; colours: plain caramel, anthocyanins; stabiliser: tragacanth, natural flavouring, salt, cinnamon, orange zest, acidity regulators: citric acid, sodium citrates; mixed spices, gelling agent: pectin, free range egg albumen.

    For most of our cakes and biscuits it takes 7 days to deliver after the order has been placed. However we do have a ‘Need it now!’ section where you can find cakes and biscuits which are often ready to ship to you straight away, and will arrive within 48 hours.

    For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of nuts. Store in a cool dry place.

Packaging & Care

We put the same amount of care into packaging and posting our products as we do into making them. Each Celebration cake comes in its own protective packaging, and we have used recyclable materials wherever possible.
