Vegan Fruit Cake
A vegan fruitcake soused with white rum and decorated with figs, glacé cherries and flaked almonds.
5″ cake serves 6 – 8 people
Ingredients: figs, fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), coconut oil, date purée, almonds, water, prunes, raisins, sugar, rum, cherries, humectant: vegetable glycerine, wheat glucose-fructose syrup, maize starch, mixed spices, flavourings, colours: plain caramel, anthocyanins; molasses, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, potassium hydrogen carbonate; salt, stabiliser: xanthan gum, acidity regulator: citric acid, tangerine oil, preservative: potassium sorbate.

For most of our cakes and biscuits it takes 7 days to deliver after the order has been placed. However we do have a ‘Need it now!’ section where you can find cakes and biscuits which are often ready to ship to you straight away.

Packaging & Care
We put the same amount of care into packaging and posting our products as we do into making them. Each Celebration cake comes in its own protective packaging, and we have used recyclable materials wherever possible.
